We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions, providing safe and professional international logistics services for our handmade fabric table lamps. All orders are carefully packed with thick foam and reinforced cartons to ensure safe transportation of fragile lamp products.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated restock time shown on each product page.
Shipping Time
Standard international shipping takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on destination, logistics schedule and customs clearance progress. Remote areas may take 15–20 business days.Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery, which takes 3–7 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight and volume. All freight fees are transparent and displayed before you complete payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and official tracking link. Please allow 2–3 days for logistics information to update after shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
All international shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or processing fees according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping fees.We strictly follow official customs declaration rules and cannot falsify product value or mark orders as gifts to avoid tax issues.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not support delivery to PO boxes, military addresses or some remote restricted regions to ensure safe and signed delivery for fragile lighting products.
Undelivered & Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please check with your neighbors, property management or local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Address Modification
You may update your shipping address within 24 hours before shipment. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, no address changes can be made due to logistics system restrictions.
